The UK Property Marketing Group is made up from seasoned professionals well established in the international real estate and mortgage finance sectors.

 

What we do..

We assist developers to sell their UK properties to overseas based buyers. We use a mixture of marketing incentives, promotions and road shows to target investors and international buyers.

 

These clients wish to take advantage of current conditions within the UK housing market and the buying power of their currency against sterling.

 

How we do it..
We work hand in hand with selected developers who have suitable projects in choice locations that we know will be of interest to overseas buyers. We recommend and cost a marketing campaign suggesting a range of incentives to the developer.

 

This is geared to enable the buyer to reach a decision to make a purchase during the campaign. We will then carry out the road shows together with the developer's representative to the agreed locations.

 

We have associates in each country that we visit who will assist during the road show and importantly to follow up interested parties and assist with after sales.

 

We only work with one developer at a time.
